Contacted service at Butte Auto to set up appointment for periodic oil change. Also, radio had a history of only working part time since new so wanted them to look at that. Set this up with service writer Emily who was able to get me in within a week. Oil change got done no problems and Ray from the service department came and talked about my radio issues. He was concerned we get the thing fixed or replaced as time running out on warranty. He explained they could not get things done that day as needing to inquire with factory service center. He talked about wanting to clean out the radio and reload it first. He wanted to get some questions answered before proceeding. Ray advised he would talk to GMC and then get with me for another appointment. Emily followed with the appointment setup the next week. Ray got the work done and advised it was working well. However, he told me if anything more went bad with it to give him a call and they would get after it. This, like every other trip to Butte Auto has been great service! Especially with a warranty issue! These folks have won my trust back to dealership service. It started with the buying process which was extremely positive and has been that all the way through. My last new purchase was 40 years ago, and the service was so pathetic I vowed never to buy a new vehicle again.

With the major repair that had to be done the team worked with me and got it done in a speedy time. They went above and beyond to work with gm corporate to find any sort of savings. Rebecca was get to deal with.

I had a sales rep named Ethan contact me before service did. He made it sound like my truck was worse off than it actually was in order to get a sale. I felt this was unprofessional and added to the anxiety of the whole situation

I have worked with Emily, Rebecca, and Brent as service writers, they have all been quick to help every time. The technician that worked on my vehicle was even kind enough to explain everything that was going on. Josh the service manager helped to make sure all diagnostics were done in order to make sure that my aftermarket warranty would pay for the repair.
I am very grateful for the service departments help.
As well I am grateful that Ginger helped explain my warranty to me and that I purchased it. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it has already been used!
